My birthday! I'm turning 20, I started playing league on a friends account back in season 2 but officially got around to playing for myself in season 3 then got serious in season 4. It would be really cool if I could be gifted a skin or rp for my birthday, I would be forever greatful! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Riot does not do this. However if you are short a few RP on a skin and drew a picture of that champion/skin you just might get the missing rp you needed :) i did this for renegade talon.
