[Riot Elo System] Please Read~

So, Many of you are now playing ranked and such, But have you ever wondered why you can't get out of Bronze 5, Silver 5, Ect. Well The Elo system for S3 is a bit of a failure. Because Riot fails to understand that Feeders are in the game, Now my friend has been playing since S1, And so have I on my first account. But how many of you truly like the new elo system? Or do you think it should go back to S2's Elo system. Which allowed you to climb out of bronze unlike now. It seems like Riot has this in there mind. "We only care for the pro's".. If you don't believe me, Why haven't they done anything about the Feeders, Or Afk's in lower rankings?.. Personally the S2 Elo system was better, and if Riot would maybe look into fixing the issue with these "Feeders/Afk's" By maybe putting a lock on ranked until you've reached a cretin amount of Normal wins for S4. Maybe place it at.. So 100, So Ranked isn't full of Bot game 30's.

I know it would be a big step but, Maybe it would help people get to where they belong. So please if possible put a Lock on ranked Q, For a number of wins, or time playing. Or have a Semi>Final For provisional games. So you can break apart the Bronze from Silver/Gold/Plat/Diamond. And give them a chance to redeem them selves if they get a feeder or two.

I'm On my new account, for the Season 4 Ranked. And i really do think this is a good idea. Make it so we have to win at least 100 normal games before we can Q up for ranked, it would solve alot of the troll problems.

actually doing 100 normal wouldn't solve a thing because every troll you encounter has likely won 100 or so because how do u think they got to 30 I mean come on 100 is a dumb idea maybe if u did like per say 200 and make draft wins different from normal, draft is like semi finals it should be the way to get into ranked like maybe win 30 draft games before entering ranked then in ranked the S2 elo system was great it was a lot easier for the good players to get out and redeem themselves instead of sitting in bronze 5 and silver5 im hoping riot actually makes these changes so good players can continue on.
