Avoiding Leaver Buster [Consider this a bug)

So, Lately I've been noticing people aren't just leaving games anymore. They will do something but hold down a key, move the mouse around, or they have an application that prevents them from not afk'ing. I think that's pretty cheep if you can avoid getting the low priority queue by just moving around every 4 minutes. Leaver buster should have it so if you are within a radius of the spawn fountain for a number of minutes it will still place you in the low priority queue
