What do I have to do to work for/with you, riot?

I'm a passionate gamer, online gaming saved me from a negative outlook on life in my earlier years. When I discovered League about... 2 and a half years ago, I thought it was so great to see so many people all playing one game and immediately having something in common with 9 other people as soon as you get on the rift. Then I discovered the pro play, and seeing the crowd and how crazy they go gives me chills near every time.

I would love to be a part of helping keep this game alive and strong, along with any other games Riot may be working on. Tell me what it takes? Or where do I go to figure it out?
