Does anyone know when the next inactive account username availability will be?

I remember a while back Riot allowed all names of inactive accounts of a certain level (I think) to become available for other players to change their accounts username or new account usernames to. I was just wondering if anyone knows when they will or might do this again and if I'm wrong in any of the conditions above. Thanks.

I think it's ongoing. It never stopped. I wish they had an ongoing list of expired names which have newly become available though....

After a certain amount of time any name becomes available. It makes it so people can't make a smurf with a cool name that they never use.
