Zed Shadow into Razor Shuriken bug.

Whenever I use Zed's Living Shadow and then quickly follow up with a Razor Shuriken, The shuriken from Zed's shadow travels a very short distance before disappearing and does not register. Plain and simple. I can not recall when this bug appeared but it has been present for some time, at least since the changes to Blood Thirster were made.
