Gifting Summoner Icons?

Oh boy, my favorite time of the year! Watching my favorite team compete in the world championship! I have a friend that I get together with and watch LCS with and with the new 2016 Worlds Icons, I'm sure we can match. I've gotten myself a C9 icon and have an extra 675 RP to spend for another icon to gift to him. BUT, when you go to the gifting center, there's no option for an icon anymore :< It's like the best time of the year to gift things! C'mon Rito!
