Key Fragments Reset Timer

So we all know that Key Fragment Drop Chance resets once a month,for each player individually(very important),so just like for chest or 1st win of the day it would be nice to know when the reset will actually happen so we can monitor it instead of just guessing. Any thoughts?

28 days is the timer.

released on march 15 so my timer reset yesterday since i got a key fragment the first day it was released
