Anyone else kinda bad at CS'ing?

Whenever i try to CS they either -Live with 1 HP -I think my AA does more damage then it does

Maybe i should just open the Practice Tool and practice CS'ing xD

Nearly everybody is bad at csing. and yes trainning is the way to be good.

okay that makes me feel a little better XD. but i'll try training. TBH CS'ing is like trying to keep rhythm

Csing alone is quite easy. Csing while poking your opponent is harder. Csing while poking your opponent and dodging his poke is even harder.

Knowing in advance that 2 minions are likely to die at the same time, and so using an auto or two on one of them so you can get both of them at the end is also a key to csing.

Knowing how to manage your lane while csing (do you want to push ? To freeze ? Why ?) require some skill as well.

And finally, knowing WHEN you should abandon this minion is propably the hardest part of Csing.

If you get a minion worth 20 gold and lose 100 Hp because your opponent was in range to poke you while you took this minion early game and so you have a to burn a pot worth 50 gold, was this a good move ? No.

80 at 10 is honestly at least acceptable.

40 isn't.

That's a big difference. Try to keep 70-80 and you will be good

I find I can really well with some champs, but not others.

Mages give me the most trouble in general, slower auto-attack animations with less damage.

Yeah I suck at CSing because I always JG and normally only clear waves to defend a tower or help push etc. One thing I have noticed that helps me is to closely watch 2 things.

Look at approximately how much of the life bar your auto attack does
Watch how fast the life bar is dropping.

I know that sounds obvious but it is 2 observations you need to make to help get that last hit. Also... some champs have a great autoattack reset that can be used to CS with. Based on mana cost you may only want to use a skill to secure a Cannon minion but those are the most important.

One example of this is with Darius . His E is a great minion execute. And his Q can be a good AoE to last hit several at the same time.

Again, generally wanna save mana for trades.

Easiest way to get good at it is to just focus it in lane. Just play passive avoid the opponent and last hit. You'll get better fast, I typically keep solid cs playing passively early laning. Don't spam your abilites on minions for the sake of saving mana and it's way easier to last hit them with ease. Hope that helps
