On Recolor Skins

There are a few quotes from riot floating around about producing recolor skins. I am all for the but I wanted to throw a related idea out there. What if you could buy a Champion Dye kit.

It would break each champion model up into sections, some champions like Vi, Braum, and Jinx would have several areas you could dye with RGB colors and textures. Champions like Veigar and Zac would have less areas, but could still be dyed. You could sell these dye packs to be used on any champion a player owns and a player could make as many 'Dye Skins' As they like.

You could even give them matching splash skins by taking the RGB values and applying them to the corresponding areas on the original splash art, and the skin title would be 'Dyed Champion Name'.

Just an idea from someone who has made those fake skins by painting over the original textures, which is basically what this would be.
