dont talk in game or you wont get rewards

even if you were chat banned for 5 games at the beginning of the year or recently, either your fault or not you wont get rewards. I actually think this is sickening by riot since there is a bot system that will automatically give you said bans just by getting reported enough in a short period of time. Doesn't matter if its just people reporting because they dont like you or whatever their reason may be you dont even have to be toxic you just need the reports in said time frame. Also don't the players already pay their dues? so riot says "if you act bad back at someone or defend yourself you are in the wrong as well" yet they take away your hard work after already punishing you when sometimes the players dont even deserve it even. So we cant defend ourselfs but heil rito can chat ban you for no reason not do anything about it and then punish you again later by taking away your hard earned work that they dont care about unless they make money?
