What Champ Should I buy?

Sing to the tune of Counting Stars: Lately Ive been losing sleep, thinking about what champ should be on my team.

Anyway I have 3150 IP and was wondering a champ you can recommend. I basically play every lane except Jungle, and support. I really wanted to get heimer, but people say he is bad after the Nerf. Or should I save up for 4800/6300 champs. I really want to avoid saving up more cause Im tired of playing Xin Zhao, Aatrox, Veigar, and Sivir. Any Advice would be helpful. :) Thanks guys!

I like playing Heimer, right now I've been playing against a lot of people who know how to beat him (taking out his turrets makes him significantly weaker), so I don't play him much anymore. I say go with the champion you like playing most, since you'll actually use them, or you can try a lot of the less expensive champions. Try all the champions on free rotation and get the ones you like (or save up if you don't have enough).

Here is a list of suggestions grouped by price tier: (top, ADC & mid that I see somewhat often) 0: Tristana 450: Kayle, Ryze 1350: Jax (Morg and Eve are also here if you're thinking about expanding into Jungle/Supp) 3150: Miss Fortune, Lux, Karthus, Gragas Or just go here and sort by price.
