What Champ Should I buy?

Sing to the tune of Counting Stars: Lately Ive been losing sleep, thinking about what champ should be on my team.

Anyway I have 3150 IP and was wondering a champ you can recommend. I basically play every lane except Jungle, and support. I really wanted to get heimer, but people say he is bad after the Nerf. Or should I save up for 4800/6300 champs. I really want to avoid saving up more cause Im tired of playing Xin Zhao, Aatrox, Veigar, and Sivir. Any Advice would be helpful. :) Thanks guys!

Hmm, that's a hard question. Heimer's actually a fine mid lane, the trouble is he's easily countered by champions such as Syndra, Xerath, Ziggs, and Lux. That's probably why you heard he's bad post-nerf. For now I suggest you experiment with free week champs. On the other hand, if I didn't have all the champs (considering I have all of them available) I would purchase Lux. The reason being is that she's recently gotten a long-awaited buff to her passive Illumination on the PBE: a bonus 25% ap ratio. She's going to see a lot of play if that buff hits live servers.
