I cant connect to League of Legends chat HUGE BUG

Since they worked on chat a few patches back, my chat box and champion select is bugged. I select a champ.. but no one sees it except me. This is a pain , specially in ranked. My chat box scroll bar is moving by itself to the beginning of chat, I also have no invite or scribbles for invites. Sometimes I cant join and accept. This is ridiculous. Has this been addressed anywhere? Is RIOT conscious or un-conscious of this? It I need it fixed, not do some temporary stuff.... Nami is mad ....really mad
