Did I miss something about Draven?

His pick rate rose from around a steady 6-7% that it's been at for quite a while to about 9% (It's been a long time since he's been near or around 10% pick rate). In addition, his winrate dropped (not surprising) from ~50% to 48.5%. Is there a reason that he became more popular all of a sudden in this and the last patch? I really am interested in the reason for it... such as if a pro played him or something like that, or some famous Draven player did something?
