How do we punish those ruin our ranked promo games? RIOT?

How do we punish those ruin our ranked promo games? RIOT? punishing others for verbal abuse....hmmm.... how about those who cause them? why do players get punished only for verbal abuse? how about the promogames of 1 hour thats been wasted because of a player or two RIOT? any answers to that? I think ur system of punishing is ok but i think you should punish those who reports verbal abuse also because unless other players are stupid and crazy why would they just rage and type bad words and say anything? You are wrong and one sided stupid RIOT and i said that because u deserve it. I been playing this game since s 1 and your abuse system only works for one side..... you need to figure out a way to balance thses. if a player gets abused verbally repeatedly that mean s whatever his doing is not right and makes others angry..... that means he should be also punished harshly...... i will post this till i get an answer from u RIOT lets see how good your customer service is....

Yeah I lost a promo because a teammage decided THEMSELVES that the team going 1v0 (Score, meaning a teammate only died ONCE) meant the entire match was done, we lost. And they felt that gave them permission to turn around and start flaming teammates, telling them just how trash and garbage they were.

and then the second loss in the promo was with a troll shaco who didnt help the team, didnt leave top, and just spammed in /All chat while farming non-stop. They do this for laughs, they know how to troll while sidestepping the automated system. They know how to blatently troll, without making it too obvious for the system to figure out. Had a nasus who would destroy in one game. but the moment he decides to troll, he will INTENTIONALLY play the character badly. Missing the Q stacks, not landing the hits, etc.

They do this for laugh, they treat Riot like the suckers they are. And Riot chooses to just stick thier head in the sand and pretend it doesnt exist by saying "Just mute and it will stop" No, no it wont. You just choose to detatch from reality.
