What if the community hired Riot Games Applicants?

How do you guys think Riot Games would be like if from now until the games popularity died out the community got to decide who was hired at Riot Games rather than the Management team that they currently had? What would happen is that whenever Riot gets application for a certain position they make a post about the applicant (not giving away their personal information obviously) and what their qualities are, they could also post up AMA's for the applicant's so that the community can actually gauge their work ethic and the effort they will actually put forth in their job. It's not a suggestion for Riot to do this but more-so of how would Riot Games turn out as a company if they did do this.
