[Advice] Co-Brand Credit Card with LOL

Is there any possible to have a co-brand credit card with VISA AMEX etc.? For example, LOL have a Amex co-brand card binding with lol account, we can earn extra Membership Rewards Points when we purchase RP, and we can earn 1 MRP after we played a game in NA Server, and if we won the game we got quintupled points (5 MRP). And there is a monthly or weekly lottery when played, for example, 3 games everyday. Plus no Annual fee!

I just wonder that whether there is any possibility to do that? Cuz it brings more fun - Players can earn while playing the game!

League already had a deal with AmEx a year or two ago for a debit card. I assume they canceled the offer because it either wasn't profitable enough or Riot and AmEx couldn't agree on terms.
