If you block someone in higher elo, say masters, can you still be in a game with them?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you're trying to use it so you don't group with them, yes. But that's not its purpose. It's used to auto-mute people in lobby and game, and prevent them from sending you friend requests.
