Just won my Silver Promos thanks to Trolls.

The enemy team just had a troll who would run around and feed everyone. I was able to get into Silver because of this. It's so unfair, why are the trolls always on the other team and how come I never get them? I'll keep ranking up in to an elo I shouldn't be in if this continues. This is such a problem Riot needs to do something about this.
