Riot, can you please implement a ranked team builder?

I think this would be an amazing thing for league to implement as in ranked we don't always get our best roles and you could be a platinum adc but a silver jungler. I think having one role and sticking to it is a much more solid way to show someone's skill then having it vary every game. For the bans and stuff I was thinking just select the role you want to play and then you get paired up with a team and it's just like a normal ranked game from there. WIth this implementation, I believe it would also make sense to have a different rank and mmr for each role. Thoughts?
