Fiora's new E can crit on towers...

Nasus Q on towers is OP. A crit off an ability? I'm not sure that's going too far. Nasus can Q a tower every 3 secs, though, chunking a quarter or better of it's health each time...

In other words, I'm going with "No," relying on the assumption that her E has a longer CD than Nasus' Q.

140% scaling up to 200% at max rank. Also, I believe she can't crit towers, though I may be wrong.

i say yes, with attack speed. fiora is going to be a great sieger/1v1 duelist, but teamfight wise.... eh i don't see any potential in her there.. her ult is kinda nasty other then that you can hit off 4 passives. they really hurt her there, her ult is was what made her REALLY good at teamfights.
