Getting tired of losing so much LP from having people trolling games and going afk and rage quiting.

League of Legends Riot I have an idea, instead of losing so much lp from having afkers raging for no reason and costing us a game. Can you please implement a system where we get the shared(among the users that played) lp from the leaver for leaving the game so the ones who actually play don't suffer the same fate as the persons who leaves? It's really annoying to lose 14-21 lp just for a lost where one user rages and disconnects and the team still tries to win with such a harsh disadvantage.

for example, if one person rage quits: their lost lp = X X is then divided among remaining players.

numbers example 1 player rage quits = -14 lp from him/her. the 14 lp is then divided among the remaining 4 players. 2 players rage quits = -14 lp from them. 14x2/remaining players

etc.

If anyone agrees to this please leave your comments below.

We as players who actually try to deal with the loss game won't feel as bad as to only gaining 1-4 lp as oppose to losing a whole 14-21 (from what I have experienced with games where leavers leave...) we get normally...

As for qualifications they should have a penalty system where when another player goes afk or rage quits (not you the player [this can be put in placed so if person see's it going bad he/she leaves the game placing one counter on penalty and using it to their advantage]) you gain a qualification match marker prevention you can have a limit of 3 of these and can only be done in solo/Duo Queue and not in 5v5 Ranked teams...

Just making such suggestion as a player who gets goes through alot of this happening over and over again and just can't deal with the rage quitters doing injustice to players. Too me the punishment already put inplace in the report system is too kind on rage quitters, banning them for a suspended time, they just come back with the same mentality most of the time.

I like the concept. It may give the team with the afk or quitter, that much more of a desire to try and a reward for winning a 4v5 or whatever it may be. But at the same time, then you are automatically receiving lp for someone leaving which im not sure how that can be justified. If a team was already losing and someone quit, you shouldnt be lessening your loss because a player left when a loss is inevitable. Make sense? However I do also agree with your comment on punishments; there should be a harder punishment on quits, however I feel there should be a way of detecting why they quit. If the client was closed after many deaths or certain behavior, that should be worse than if a players ping was recorded as being high and then with no notice disconnects; or if someone would happen to disconnect during champion loading screen it tends to be an error because you are still prompted to reconnect at that point so most likely it wasnt a failed dodge attempt. I understand there may be other variations and it may need more clarifications and such, but just an idea. I know there are ways of finding out how or why a system was disconnected, maybe that could be looked into as well.

I feel like that opens up opportunities to create terrible behavior. Let me explain:

Let's say my team is just getting stomped. The enemy vayne is 20-0-0 and they just got baron and are sieging our nexus turrets. We could take the loss and lose 10-20 LP, or we could ban together and rage at our teammates trying to get one of them to dc so we don't lose as much LP. You're now creating an incentive for players to be 4ssh0l3s to minimize their LP losses when a game is "unwinnable" in their eyes.

I like the current version where sure that happens, but over enough games, the leavers and ragers will fall in the ladder and everyone else will rise. My two cents.
