Champ Masteries

Ok I thought of an idea what if you got level 5 on a champion then in the loading screen the picture of the champs is moving or like glowing. An example of this would be like if anyone played hearthstone gold cards get animations and color added to them. Not sure just thought this idea was pretty cool.
