Permanently banned after playing in 5.18.

Hello Lyte or whoever else this may concern,

I'm not going to lie and say that I didn't post some negative comments on the game that triggered the ban, but the game had some extremely harsh circumstances with EXTREME negativity in it. Please can you check the games history, two players were intentionally feeding on purpose to start and openly admitted to it. The ban was not escalated in any way because of the 5.18 update, as I had no restrictions on it. I was not racist at all, I didn't call anyone any bad names, and I didn't use any hate speech. Yes, I was pessimistic about winning the game and may have somewhat retaliated after someone ELSE began flaming, but not in the sense to deserve a permanent ban.

I do type a lot in league, but I think a permanent ban is extremely harsh in my case. I'm trying so hard to reform, and I apologize profusely for being considered "toxic" by other players. I realize it's not right to retaliate in any way, but this game just put me over the edge.

Is it possible for the suspension to be removed and a chat ban be issued (something like 1000 chats), or a certain day restriction? I understand I need to reform, and I'm trying so hard. I thought with the 5.18 update I would be able to get a chat ban of some sort to help me focus, but I did not expect this.

Riot Lyte previously stated that the accounts histories would be completely wiped in 5.18. This does not excuse my behavior, but I just was HOPING for a chat ban. Even a month ban to cool off, but please not a permanent ban.

Also I WAS IN NO WAY USING CURSE WORDS at anyone in the group. I did and do use derogatory words like "fuck" and "bitch", but they are NEVER directed at people. Riot Lyte also stated:

Players that are intentionally toxic on purpose for the rest of the season because they are ineligible for rewards will be given penalties up to a permanent ban.

I was NOT being intentionally toxic because of lack of ranked rewards. Please, please review this case and make sure the account history was correctly clean slated in 5.18. I WILL reform, I promise you this. Even if I need to take a break from league. The reform card I was sent has a lot of wear words at it which may have triggered the system, but they were NEVER TARGETED AT ANYONE.

I reviewed your case, and the ban should stay. You have quite a few chat logs that aren't OK, even beyond your current Reform Card.

Yesterday:

You knew that your behavior was toxic, and that retaliation is not acceptable.
You knew that toxic behavior was subject to punishments up to and including permaban.
You knew that you would really, really, really hate to get a permaban.

What's the difference between you yesterday and you today? What's the difference between you yesterday and you a month from now?

Half way through is when the intentional feeding begins from two people. I never sweared at anyone, not ever in previous games. But I do swear a lot in general as you can see.

The post said that it was wiping away chat restrictions, not suspensions/temporary bans.

I have no idea of the specific circumstances of your game or the logs or anything like that.

However,

If your basic platform is, "Yes I was toxic/said bad things, but I didn't direct them at anyone"

To break it down into the most juvenile form possible: Just because you fart in a car and don't direct it at anyone, doesn't mean that the other people in the car don't have to smell it. Just the fact that you're causing a stink automatically exposes those around you to your unpleasantness. And if you do it repeatedly and deliberately, don't be surprised when your friends kick you out of the car and make you walk home.
