I'm just winning every game. 10 win streak so far. I used to lose a lot of games before but now I'm winning every single one of them. It isn't that my mmr has lowered because I still get 23 lp per a win. Also, can you skip divisions from going on win streaks?

No. you cant skip divisions. You can only skip if you are in the placement series.
