Tilt Explaining
OK so I have a question, how would you explain tilt to someone who doesn't play league or any competitive game or games at all? Just wondering

I would explain tilt as being a negative change in the quality of your actions as a result of psychological changes that have many potential causes; though usually caused by other people pointing out/harassing you for mistakes, or your own psychological reaction to your mistakes, or even the mistakes of others, etc. Something as simple as someone being watched while they do something can be considered a cause of "tilt" if the person being watched feels pressured and therefore performs worse.
