A summary of suggestions from China to the pre-season
Holy ****, I cannot imagine that how complex I log on here from China.
I, a previous summoner, maybe. At the moment, Season 3 was gone, I failed to achieve my dream that I was unable to climb to Gold rank eventually. Disappointed and lose heart, I uninstalled the game as a choice. To a ordinary summoner at the bottom of the whole player group, it should be a failure, even a waste that I cannot bear, for I competed a half year but got no result because of a great quantity of reasons. Additionally, the Tencent agent staff in China provided an awful experience, their game operation organization sucks. They rose the price of champions(other items, etc.) deliberately, the Chinese PBE Server sucks, and their fake forum just made the substantive and constructive suggestions no sense. I just wanna make a change to the team on those parts, to the game that people around me still play during my disappointment. So I made a summary, and send it to you hard-working specialists. Hopefully there will be an good start when China Server received the Patch 3.14 Update.
Here is the summary about the suggestions that quantities of Chinese summoners are focus on,
First, as Patch 3.13 applied including changes to assassin champion like Ahri
and Zed
. We're confused why the solution to survive champions that became unpopular due to changes always be rework. Perhaps we need to think, are feedbacks from summoners too one-sided? What a change to a champion will bring to any other (types of) champions. Will you take measures to avoid the abnormal rotation about champion reduction and champion rework?
Second, I was previously a tester in Chinese PBE Server, of course, a fake PBE Server it is. the Tencent agent staff are completely irresponsible, they build this server but without the latest updates, Jinx was available in China Server when Chinese PBE Server still not. As the original corporation, I hope you can try to build in-place cooperations with the Tencent agent staff in China so as to let the vast Chinese summoners test the latest changes in time. Even though I know it has difficuties, but could you let our servers apply patches at least earlier than Taiwan (Garena) Server? Just more earlier, I mean.
Then, based on the experiences of recent patches, the network and system requirements seems to be higher. Early at the time when I was playing in America Server I just found a little delay, but nowadays severe lag. With server issues during WCG LoL matches, as well as global online issues occured from North America and Europe to Chinese Taiwan and Mainland China, you should make further efforts to optimize performance and fix online issues, right? Otherwise, with affects from player skills and outer factors, it will result in greater conflict between summoners and worse game experience.
Finally, what about your global price policy? We Chinese summoners tolerated bad experiences from all kinds of factors, the Tencent agent staff in China promised to reduce champion IP prices step by step on January 15th, 2013. However, these days they rose many champion IP prices, for instance, 6300 IP per Teemo
WTF! many other items are more expensive than other servers. As an agency, are these kind of actions legal? Can we Chinese summoners get similar treatment?
This week, the Tencent agent staff in China printed an activity that they will invite Mr. Tom Cadwell from Riot to answer the top 30 questions from summoners about the coming pre-season. Things are ridiculous, most of them have been explained at Pre-season FAQ. You know what the top question is? "Will Teemo be removed from the League of Legends in Season 4?" Sounds joking, and obviously Tencent let us down.
The true voice from we Chinese summoners are above, we are unable to let the Tencent agent staff adopt our core advice, even tough to log on this community. Maybe, it is the last opportunity to make a better Field of Justice for milions of Chinese summoners. I hope that you will try your best to pass this feedback to the development team, to all you staff and managers that can help us.
Thank you, long to see the reply, and wish a better future to the League of Legends, to all people connected by her.
