No penalties

Stop giving people a penalty for dodging a q for the greater good of everyone, if someone threatens to feed or flame because of a specific reason like not getting the role they wanted or something or just stating they don't know how to play (probably cause they bought their accounts) so removing the time lapse before being able to find a new game for those who dodge with reason is inconvenient
