Cassiopia Miasma glitches Vi's vault breaker

I was jungle Vi and everytime I went to Q-Vault Breaker the enemy Cassiopia used W-Miasma and my Q-Vault Breaker glitches out where my Q's bar is full and I just keep walking instead of using Vault Breaker, I've encountered many things that were glitchy or buggy but never something this disrespectful, the enemy Cassiopia thought it was cause i was stunned or grounded but that was never the case for my Q-Vault Breaker not going off.

If you wish to recreate this to see if I'm telling the truth (Hoping this isn't one day worth of bull) step one) Be a (Demon) Vi coming up to Cassiopia and try to Q-Vault Breaker it.

Step two) Have a Cassiopia W-Miasma the Vault Breakering Vi.

Step three) Results
