Patch 5.13 Update TIme

I just wanted to make a quick message to all Summoners. If you're wondering if the patch update 5.13 was supposed to be up yet I want to tell you it currently is NOT OUT yet. At first I believe that it was going to go live "On July 8th" according to Moobeat on Surrender at 20. Then I woke up today and saw no change. So I went to the server status and saw that instead of "On July 8th" it is changed to "On July 9th". I believe this was a change as the server message was released at 9:00 this morning. Plus they usually release the patch a day after the notes. So for all of you who wish to play the new Tahm Kench , Devourer Yi/Udyr, or Teemo JG you're going to have to wait one more day. P.S: Please do not discredit Moobeat or Surrender at 20 as a whole if you believe this was a mistake he made. It could've been changed by Riot. Plus his website is amazing and he works hard to give detailed information for all the Summoners on the Rift.
