[GAMEPLAY] Frame Rate Drops NA Server to EUW back to NA

When NA servers were down yesterday my friend suggested to play on the EUW servers for a bit. My frames were bad in EUW and I thought it was just because of the servers. Then NA came back on and I logged in and I played a game with my friends. Luckily we were a 5 man premade group. My frames were the worst. I reset my setting back to the ones i had before the servers were down and my frames would jump from 60 to 7 when the servers came back up. Today I went to customs to check and it was still bad. I lowered my settings but it didnt work. Does anyone else have this problem. TL;DR I went from down NA (fine frames) to EUW (bad frames) back to NA (same frames EUW). The bad frames followed. Anyone else with the problem
