ETA On New Skins?

Greetings,

Sorry, if this is not in the right category. I rarely will post here.. Mainly I just love to do team builder and other various matches for fun. I was wondering, was there like a time frame of when the new skins would be coming out? I've been looking at other various skins that I wanna get but don't wanna really spend the RP points if the new one's are coming out right around the corner. So, I was wondering if anyone knew.
