Mundo Axes Not Seen?

Greetings,

I don't normally post on these boards but about two nights ago was playing a team builder with a friend. We were going against a support Mundo. Which was fine, however.. during the game. I could not see when he would throw the cleaver.. my friend asked me why I kept getting hit and I said "I can't see them!" She then noticed that he would make the animation but could not be seen. Has this happened to anyone else before? I haven't had time to test this out for myself. I was just curious if anyone else came across this.
