Where to download World Championship Match Recordings?

Long story short, a good friend of mine is on deployment for ten months, and is missing the Championships (which he always loves to watch). I can send him care packages (snacks, drinks, e.t.c.) and I'm planning on sending him a 64 gb flash drive along with those snacks.

Since he's missing the matches, I thought I'd find them and download them and drop them on the drive to send them. Trouble is, I can't seem to find the matches in a good downloadable format. Anyone got any ideas?
