Mystery Chest vs Mystery Skin 2015 November 20 - 26 Sales

Hey guys,

So I'm new to these boards. Posted a few messages here and there, but most of them are simply replies to sales posts or news posts, etc... not actual posts in this green board thing. I think I selected the right board for this.

So what I wanted to ask you guys was, if I want to buy all the skins in League of Legends, and so far I have been patiently waiting for sales, and I have the following skins left to buy: RP x # of unowned skins 520 x 70 750 X 57 975 X 120 1350 X 41 1820 X 9 3250 X 1

And knowing that since I have a lot of cheap skins left the chances of me getting a 1350 or higher value skin are lower, would it be worth for me to buy the Mystery Skin, Mystery Chest, or simply just wait for sales (as right now I have a lot of 750 - 975 in the "pool")?

Also, I have every champion in the game, and I buy champions on release, so that is not an issue on which skins I am eligible for.

Also, I posted and elophant link with my updated skins, since I recognise that in the year 2015 on the Gregorian calendar, it is common for North Americans to lie and troll online, especially with their purchases. I am not doing this to waste anyone's time or to troll. I legitimately need assistance is picking the best course of action to save money, as I can purchase all of these skins in this very instance, but I would like to not waste more money on impatience than I am already wasting on entertainment.

P.S. My goal is to buy every skin in League of Legends, and I have unlocked some skins in the Mystery Chest that were not available for purchase at this current time but have been available in the past. Consider that also as a factor please :)
