I'm sick of people saying that you lose more LP if you surrender. It's not true and even when you tell them to google it they just go like "mhmm" or dodge the statement. I understand that in silver league your games can change like you can be losing and then you can win because one of them became greedy, I call it the silver syndrome, when you're wrecking the other team so bad that you think that as varus you can 1v5 them. Anyways, it's just annoying when the other team is really destroying us and we can't surrender because one or two guys believe that they'll lose more LP by surrendering than losing and the other team is trolling by not finishing us off. Please riot debunk this bullshit.

I always heard it was the ever invisible MMR you lost more of if your surrendered.
