What lane, What Champion, Why?

I've been playing league for a while now, I understand basic mechanics, gameplay, what to do, how to do it, ect....

I've simply been at a slump with champions, and what lane to play. I've been playing a lot of different champions lately just to get out of boredom. I wan't to do ranked, but simply don't feel comfortable doing so without 1-2 pocket picks for 2 lanes or so. I was wondering if anyone would give their opinion on what two lanes I should play, and whom two I should play, and why.

P.S. I am comfortable playing almost every champion, (minus Darius/Teemo/Garen).
