Honest question

Can someone please explain to me how the matchmaking system works. Like, how you going to give me heavenly teammates that actually communicate and end the game for a few games in a row then toss me people that run around with their dicks in their hands doing nothing. I know Im not the best of players but sweet buttery jebus. I dont get it
