I cannot log into client/game whats going on :/

I have tried numerous times to get into the game and it is not working i keep waiting for the server to authenticate my credentials but it ends up the server isnt responding... is this a regional problem or server problem or what... id like some rioter feed back on this please :D much obliged -The True Yoshi Dragon
