[GAMEPLAY] Champion stops moving and cannot move.

During some recent games I have played today I have experienced periods of time that my Champion freezes however my ping and fps remain unchanged... i can type to my team but i cannot use summoners, abilities, items, or pings. Its getting very frustrating. I am sure other people are experiencing this too. Many times have i goten a good initiation and i just stop in my tracks just to be killed by the enemy team along with the teammates i let down. Rioters I would love a response to this because this is really affecting my games. Thank goodness I have not gone to ranked yet. -Dwardogan

i am having the same exact issue as you and when i sent in a ticket they did nothing to help. I know its on their end not mine.

I had this exact problem playing lux in ranked today. it started fine and i was winning the laning phase, but then suddenly my game stopped responding and i had really strange issues i will list them below:

My champion Lux just stopped moving and didnt respond to the controllers, not letting me cast my abilites or move at all
I attempted to recall, and it worked but strange enough the game hadnt registered it and when i was back at fountain the recall animation was still playing
i had about 5 second delays through out the game when ME MYSELF tried to do anything, i could see everyone else normally

disconnecting and reconnecting didnt solve this issue.

My MS was at 28 and FPS at 60 the ENTIRE game so this shouldnt have happened i could also type to my team the entire time. I have a super computer with 64gb ram and a Geforce 980 graphic card so that cant be it either

Its sort of frustrating to lose a placement match in ranked when these things happened, especially when the other team is just picking kills of you as you are unable to do anything at all.
