Chat Restrictions in Ranked

So this is a Gameplay thing that league could incorporate in Ranked. In Ranked, I was playing today and I got matched with three toxic players who would only just yell at eachother and play eachother for us doing bad (I am still in Bronze so). I think that you just disable chat for all players in Ranked Bronze and Silver games. I think this would help because the players that were yelling at eachother, were too busy to stop arguing and play the game. Them arguing resulted in them dying multiple times because they weren't paying attention. I really do think this would help because I had 60 LP and dropped to 18 LP because I lost that one game. It is hard to win LP and it's even harder when you get matched with Toxic Players. I really do hope that this thread will be looked at and considered. "Stay Positive"~
