So I finally got a third monitor....and much to my amazement.
Behold, League of Legends in Glorious Very High 5760x1080, I didn't know this resolution was an option for this game or I would of gotten it sooner.

For some reason it looks the same as 1920x1080.
Is this a trick?
No, it's 5760x1080 resolution, and twitch.tv doesn't allow higher resolution than 1920x1080, so it has to be squished to fit into the frame.
Believe me, I was just as disappointed as you when I found out.
