I recently changed my masteries for ashe and I have been doing alot better

You probably want to drop the CDR points. Ashe doesn't really cast a lot of spells.
You probably want to drop the blade and spell weaving. Ashe doesn't really cast a lot of spells.
You probably want the rightmost branch of the offensive tree up through Executioner. These are good for anyone who wants to cs.
You probably want the point in juggernaut in the defensive tree.
