is it just me or are they all REALLY nice skins yet they are only listed as 750 rp. looks like a damn bargain!

They probably don't have much by way of particles. Yeah, they do look good, but the amount of things that change is what determines the rank. 520 = 0, 750 = 1, 975 = 2-3, 1350 = 3-4 (+ voice sometimes), 1820 (legendary) = all abilities get new particles + new voiceover and several new lines, 3250 = all 4 + full new voiceover + something new and unique (Sona's music, Ezreal's evolving systems).
