Played a rank game and everyone called their roles and no one wanted to support.So , I decided to go supp.Next thing you know your adc is raging at you becuase you miss a q.They just need to be greatful and kind.
They might mind less about you missing a Q if you put your E's where they belong.

im a nice adc... :( i know its generally my fault for bad plays because im just a natural born screw up in alot of cases
As an adc, I don't punish the small mistakes, and give compliments when they make good plays. I only start harping so to speak, if they miss every q or run in without at least some warning, then when you are trying to farm a minion wave, they dive the enemy adc in the back, and then expect you to do something. Well.
Also diving with 50% health, adc at 50% health, and enemy adc and support closer to 75%, well that is just a bad idea.
