People playing in the wrong Regions

So apparently it doesn't matter what region you ever play, you're always going to get people from other countries that just love to communicate in a language you don't understand. In the NA region, I expect English to be a primary language.

So if im going to sit here and deal with premades that speak in bloody chinese the whole time, and then I get threatened by Riot after a game due to me not being able to understand what the hell they're talking about, how should I react? Well Im pretty pissed at getting sent some bs warning due to a bunch of non-regional players; it's as if i'm being threatened as if it is my fault not being able to communicate with the majority of foreign players when I pretty much did most of the communication trying to work things out, but no one listened.

It shouldn't be allowed, it ruins our fun. If players cannot speak the primary language of the region they have selected, they need to be forced into another region where their primary language is used, I do not want to have to get anymore warnings and a possibility of being suspended/banned because of others. To me this is the equivalent of mental rape.

NA includes Canada and Mexico. Quebec has a lot of French speakers, and Mexico Spanish. There are also plenty of people who may not be native English speakers who have come over (exchange students, work visas, refugees, normal immigration etc) and find it easier to use their native languages.

Annoying to have communication difficulties? Sure, but NA =/= Everybody uses English.

I've had games where the most I say is gj, ty, yw, and gg. Smart pings are actually pretty good at most of the basic communication needed in game.

Keep in mind, it may not have been that specific game. I know there can be a short delay between the game that triggers the warning and when you get it so it's harder for genuine ragers to retaliate.

It also doesn't mean you're at risk for a punishment, just that you've gotten a spike in the number of reports.
