Rengar, Very simple change, makes one hell of a champion

Please excuse all typos ( i'm a bad speller) We all know this games male kitten is currently sub par at best, and unless you know how to use the famed triple Q, you will rarely see a Rengar past gold ( and that's if you see any below that) now theirs talk about a 4th Q, and it seems like with each patch, riot is trying to find a way to buff rengar and u have to figure it out in the weirdest ways. but with one simple change to his Biggest base mechanic he would go from sub par to one Hell of a champion to be trifled with.

Its about time this cat got some claws, lets get right to it. My simple idea is based on his ferocity. what if they changed his ferocity to do what its actually supposed to? currently when u reach 5 stacks your cool downs are supposedly refreshed, but in actuality all it does is give u back your abilities in ferocity form, so its more like a 5th ability instead of a refresh. My idea makes it so that after using a ferocity bonus ability, whichever ability u choose to use afterwards (excluding the ult of course) is instantly refreshed while all the others remain on cool down. so before you would have 4 stacks and q then empowered q then that q would keep ticking on CD (cool downs) now you could q empowered q, then q again. now this simple change opens up such a wide and high level variety of play for rengar.

Short scenario (based on 4 stacks): for example if your in a lane v renekton and low on health and you know he is going to force a trade, but other than your health regen on your w you wont be able to do much except run away when he advances on you. this opens up the possibility to e him as he slices towards you, then heal of your w once he uses his heavy damage stun, then turn back and q him to to counter trade him.

This type of concept makes can be applied to any amount ferocity, where u can be a much better laner ( and even bring back his jungle)making him a much more full and well rounded champion, who still requires skill to be played well, but now with that skill, theirs a lot more that can be done, so stay relevant through all stages of the game, whether your playing tank top or carry top. and maybe then the kitty will be able to lane against that pesky bug without having to be a diamond 1 pro lol. thanks for reading, please offer your suggestions if you have any.
