Salith the Flames Fury

I formed this new champ idea because I feel that there isn't enough fire champs in league. My favorite and main being Brand. Also this thread has been in the general discussion forum for a while because I didn't realize this was here lol. The images for his abilities are in the thread I started in general discussion so you can look there for them, but ill add them when I get a sec.

Lore: Salith was the son of a prominent official in the Demacian army. For all his life he had lived under his fathers protection. Due to this he grew cocky and full of himself. Salith constantly harassed the soldiers as they went about their duties. Finally after a particularly frustrating day in which Salith was merciless toward the soldiers they snapped. The soldiers slipped into Salith's tent late at night while he was sleeping and knocked him unconscious. Then they dragged his body out into the wilderness. Unfortunately while they were looking for a suitable place to kill Salith the soldiers met Brand. Within seconds the area was an inferno and the soldiers were dead. Yet the flames did not seem to be affecting Salith. Instead Salith's body seemed to be absorbing the flames. Suddenly he awoke with a scream and seizing one of the fallen soldiers blades he swung it in a high arc spraying flames out in front of him. Brand at that moment decided to take this young man under his wing and teach him the ways of the flame. One day Salith awoke to find Brand gone. Long Salith searched asking anyone and everyone if they had seen a tall man made of flames. Obviously Brand made a large trail and eventually Salith heard that Brand was heading to the League of Legends. Taking up the fallen soldier's sword Salith decided that he would follow Brand to the League of Legends and fight along side him. Fueled by the flames that reside by his heart Salith's fury is absolute and his only goal is to turn everything in his path to ash.

Passive Fever: After every 5th basic attack Salith gains a percentage of his total mana back.

Flame Manipulator(Q): Salith sheaths his sword and takes full control of the flames which form into dual whips in each hand changing his basic attacks to ranged. Every fourth basic attack deals additional magic damage and slows target enemy for 15%. While this mode is active Salith loses his passive and can't use any other abilities. Mana 50/60/70/80/95. 10/20/30/40/55 mana per second to maintain. Cooldown 7/6/5/4/3. Range 550.

Overheat: (W) Salith's heart is consumed by the flames for a short duration causing his abilities to increase in strength, but cost more mana. Mana 50/65/75/85/95. Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6. 10% Mana increase for abilities,7% damage increase. Last for 1.5 seconds.

Flame Slash: (E) Salith slashes his blade in a high arc spraying flames out in front of him. Mana 65/75/85/95/105. Cooldown 12/10/8/6/5. Range 450.

Eruption: (R) Salith jumps to two different locations and tags them with eruption tokens and then returns to his original location. After a short duration these locations erupt with flames causing aoe damage and knocking up any enemy caught in the flames. Salith is untargetable until jumps are complete. Mana: 120/140/160. Cooldown 100/90/80. Range 700. 1 second duration after both jumps are complete before ult fires.

P.S I really have no idea what to do with his damage ratios, range, cooldown etc. I just based it off previous characters.

Here are some phrase ideas for Salith:

1. Time to heat things up!
2. Out of the frying pan and into the inferno.
3. My Brand! Where is my Brand?!
4. Have you seen a tall man made of fire walking by here recently? Probably burned down a couple villages as he came through?
5. Demacia will burn for their treachery.
6. My heart burns for you...to die!
