[Champion Concept] Izal, The Wannabe Hero (Reposted #2)

This is another Champion idea I had. His basic attacks would be ranged and using a high tech yo-yo with spinning blades attached to it. I feel with his ult he could really turn around a team fight by both protecting the adc or apc and also isolating the enemy teams squishy characters but still surviving with the enhanced armor and mr. His ult is just like nids where he changes appearance, but it only lasts for a certain amount of time like aatrox's. I posted this idea a while ago and meant to add more detail on his abilities, but I dont exactly have time. I do want any ideas that anyone might have though so im just going to repost him.

Izal, The Wannabe Hero

Fighter/Support

Passive: Spotlight- Izal's determination to gain fame and save his fellow champs causes him to gain bonus armor and mr the more ally champs around him.

Round up(Q)- Izal throws his yo-yo around target unit, sending an electrical surge through them, snaring them for 1 sec and dealing magic damage.

Ult(Q) Hero Strike-Izal hits target enemy with a powerful punch knocking them back. If Izal is near an ally unit that enemy is stunned for 1 sec.

Infect(W)-Izal throws a jar full of enhanced nanobots that infect target for a short time. During this time the targets armor is decreased based off max armor.

Ult(W)Hero Call-Izal yells sending a shock wave blast out in front of him knock enemies aside and damaging them.

Techboots(E)-Izal activates his custom made boots which shoot a smokescreen around himself and pushes him away.

Ult(E)Hero Time-Izal rushes to the aid of another champion giving them a shield that absorbs the next ability cast on them and dealing 50% of the damage to Izal. Lasts for 3 seconds.

Suit up(R)-Izal embraces his inner hero and transforms into his second form for a short duration. Passive: Diamond Skeleton-In this form Izal's armor and mr are increased substantially.

Lore: From the get go Izal wanted fame. As a young boy born in Piltover he was never more than average. He got average grades in school, worked an average job, and never stood out to his peers. One thing that made Izal feel even more average was his friend Ezreal. Ezreal was everything Izal wanted to be : A genius from a young age, a star in Piltover and had more talent in his finger than Izal had in his entire body. This jealously of Ezreal drove Izal mad. When he found out that Ezreal had joined the League of Legends and sported a powerful magic amulet, Izal knew what needed to be done. He had to gain power or else he would never out shine Ezreal.

  Working as a techmaturgist he had built a few devices of some potency like his tech boots and after gathering these items he set off from Piltover in search of a means to power. After traveling Izal found himself standing outside the city of Zaun. There Izal found Singed whom he had heard was a talented scientist. At first when seeing the young boy Singed dismissed him as a joke. Then Izal said that he would do whatever it takes to gain power and would agree to any experiment that Singed could devise. After some thought Singed agreed and took Izal back to his lab. It just so happened that Singed had a new formula for a super soldier concoction that he wanted to try out. Singed strapped Izal to a chair and gave him his super soldier concoction. Izal consumed this without hesitation. After a minute or so nothing happened. Then suddenly Izal start screaming that he was in terrible pain. 

Izal began to change. His body seemed to be expanding; his muscles grew at a rapid pace. He grew over 2 feet in mere seconds and his skeleton structure seemed to be hardening to the strength of diamond. Singed move back and started to take notes on these new observations.

  As soon as the transformations stopped Izal stopped screaming and dropped his head. Singed moved closer to examine him up close and check to see if he had survived. Izal’s head suddenly shot up and he burst out of the straps that bond him to the chair. Then swinging his massive fist he hit a shocked Singed right in the face with a mighty blow that sent him flying. Izal walked calmly toward a stunned Singed and said “My name is Izal and I will save this world”. Then he advanced on Singed with the intent to kill. Singed  scrambled to get away, but right as Izal raised his arm to deal the last blow there was a flash of light and a puff of smoke. After the smoke cleared Singed saw that Izal had returned to normal. Furious that his experiment had harmed him Singed got up and attempted to capture Izal. Izal realizing his advantage was gone and being scared out of his mind activated his tech boots and shot smoke everywhere. Izal then fled from Zaun. 

  Finally returning to Piltover, Izal knew that he had what he wanted and knew what he would do next.  He would go to the League and face Ezreal. “Now he will know who the real hero is”.
